This blog is about my dream of becoming a children's book illustrator. I worked for 7 years as a 2D animator and story artist, and I loved my work. I mean, I REALLY loved my work. I would run to work because I was so excited about the prospect of drawing all day. When I had my children I became utterly enchanted by children's books. I am studying an MA in children's illustration and this blog is to chart my progress, my thoughts, desolation, and inspiration.

So I started this blog about 5 years ago about my dream of becoming a childrens' author/ illustrator and today (blowing my own trumpet....toot toot) I am one!!!!!!
